Hi! I'm Amanda
a private chef, baker, and entrepreneur who built a full-time culinary business at 19 without restaurant chef experience, or a traditional path. I went from dropping out of civil engineering in my third year of college to cooking intimate dinners, running events, teaching workshops, and creating a sustainable, freedom-based career on my own terms. Along the way, I learned exactly what works (and what doesn’t) when you’re starting from zero. I created this course because I wish something like this existed when I was trying to figure it all out! My goal is to shorten your learning curve, help you avoid the mistakes I made, and give you the confidence and structure to build a private chef business that feels aligned, profitable, and uniquely yours.
